As Covid-19 cases rose, Singapore started a month-long period of Phase 2 Heightened Alert from 16-May-2021. Many businesses and livelihoods are concerned how they would be affected. Compared to F&B businesses, the impact on our trade remains modestly manageable.

Nevertheless, in Q2-2021, our trade faces challenges on a different front where a

number of new rulings surfaced through Government announcements and also the

infamous high COE price for CAT D Motorcycles.
