EY has been commissioned by SCCCI, in collaboration with Enterprise Singapore (ESG) and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), for the development of a sectoral Trade Association Growth Model and Competency Framework.

EY had approached SMCTA for an interview to understand how we operate our association, what challenges we typically face and where we would like to see improvements. At the session, we have got some insights on how other TAs operate which are worth our review.
