SMCTA’s 51st Anniversary Annual Dinner was held on 30-Oct-2022 at Carlton Hotel Singapore.

SMCTA’s Honorary Advisor, Minister-of-State Ms. Low Yen Ling, made an impactful speech through a recorded video highlighting SMCTA's past activities and also provided direction on areas SMCTA can work on to guide the industry forward.

The dinner was also attended by several VIPs, namely from MASTAJ (Persatuan Penjual Motosikal Dan Sekutar Negeri Johor, a.k.a. Motorcycle and Scooter Traders’ Association, Johor), officers from LTA, strategic industry partners such as Singapore Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (SCCCI), STAi, VICOM, and Singapore Motor Workshop Association (SMWA).

The dinner was hosted by the famous Happy Fei Fei (profile) as emcee who had engaged the audience and brought much laughter to the whole event. The evening was filled with other performances by a "face-changing" artist, and songs performed by Jessie Yeong and Rahila Rashun (Nurul).

Together with its sponsors, SMCTA had also made a contribution to "Club Rainbow Singapore", a non-profit organization that supports children with chronic illnesses and their families by providing compassionate relevant services, for an amount of $18,888.

Many members have feedback that it was an awesome evening with great entertainment and exciting lucky draw prizes where we had given away 4 motorcycles (i.e. Peugeot, Suzuki, Bajaj, Yamaha) among many other prizes!

Members had also shared that they really enjoyed themselves and the opportunity to catch up with old contacts and friends was a memorable one indeed.
