SMCTA's modification taskforce team is having an ongoing dialogue with LTA Vehicle Engineering team on a set of modification guidelines for motorcycles. LTA plans to publicise the finalised details on the One.Motoring portal to further raise awareness. We hope to complete the 1st version before mid-2022.

SMCTA modification taskforce team consists of both ExCo and members who specialised in motorcycle aftermarket products and services. Not limited to the areas mentioned in the images above, detailed professional advices and safety concerns were evaluated by both LTA and SMCTA.

SMCTA looks into having such meaningful dialogue on an annual basis where we can provide feedback from our members, and their end customers.
