LTA has embarked on digitalising its Vehicle Registration process. As part of gathering feedback on the project, LTA had invited SMCTA to a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the user screens of the new processes on 15 Dec 2021. The participants at the FGD have provided valuable suggestions on how to improve the workflow and user screens of the new vehicle registration process.
