1. Fleet Requirement
- Members must own a fleet of vehicles to be eligible.

2. Sign Up for a VICOM Credit Account
- Complete and submit the Credit Facility Application Form to VICOM.

- Submit the form to: sin_tongmei@vicom.com.sg

3. Receive Your VICOM Corporate Card
- Once approved, a VICOM Corporate Card will be issued.

4. Present the Required Cards at Inspection
- During vehicle inspection, please present both:
*Your SMCTA E-Membership Card
*Your VICOM Corporate Card

5. Billing and Discount Application
- VICOM will consolidate your inspection charges and bill your company accordingly.
- The 10% discount will be applied in the form of a credit note on your account.
